Business Diagnostics™ Certification Course
This is a hands-on training course, uniquely designed for small and medium sized businesses, which teaches the employees very practical skills on how to measure the current state of their business, determine weakest operational areas, identify optimal ideas to improve performance and quantify the impact from the implementation of the suggested proposals.
This two-day training will allow the employees to explore their company from a completely different angle. They will have both high-level and more detailed understanding of where their company currently stands and where it should be headed to. Among many benefits, the participants will also acquire analytical, brainstorming, problem solving and presentation skills. They will master the process of generating and selecting the improvement ideas, measuring their economic impact, preparing and presenting one-page summaries of findings.

Unit 3 – “Deliverable 1 – Building Heat/Spider Map”
- Filling out the comprehensive company questionnaire
- Plotting company’s Heat Map and Spider Diagram
- Analyzing the scores: total score, weak and strong areas
- Presenting the results and QA session

Process Optimization (Lean Six Sigma) Certification Course
This course focuses on understanding and application of the five-phase DMAIC tools, which is the cornerstone of a famous Lean Six Sigma methodology widely used worldwide in the companies such as Toyota, Intel, Nike, Amazon, Boeing, and General Electric.
This two-day course will teach the employees how to use lean six sigma tools such as process mapping, project charter, CTQs, decision-making matrices, implementation plan and many more. Case studies will improve the skills of each participant in initiating and successfully implementing any improvement project.
